We've received some great ideas from our wonderful customers who have suggested for us to implement a coffee subscription service so they don't ever run out of delicious beans at home for their espresso, lattes, americanos or even v60 chemex styled coffes!

Most other services would tend to want to finalise a transaction or do a bulk discounted payment upfront from a customer. Some customers may want to swap bean flavours or just stop when they got on a vacation and it becomes "another thing in life to manage"

In any of our coffee beans in our collection you'll notice that there are two ways to order:
You now have a nifty option of making a "one-time purchase" or "Subscribe and deliver every X" number of days.
We've made the intervals in increments of 7 days so you can select all the way up to 49. While it's not a great way to make the most profit for a business, but we believe it doesn't put any pressure on you as a client to make a purchase and end up with too much unused beans! Let's prevent waste and save our earth!
Once you start a subscription on a particular bean flavour/type, you will enjoy a 5% discount for the following orders until you choose to stop it.
This means you can just stop/start new flavours whenever you want and set whatever intervals you need them to purchase them.
The Best Part: You Aren't Charged Until You Check Out From The Email Link!
Yes. You don't get automatically charged until you click the subscription reminder email with your previous order and just do a quick checkout with your usual preferred payment method.
We believe that this is the best way to avoid having misunderstandings of subscription cessation and yet still getting billed. I've been there and it's not fun having way too many beans and watching all of them go bad — the other option is just drinking till you get a caffeine overload.. which isn't a good thing for your heart health!

Yes, auto-charging a credit card on file and just dispatching beans is a simple option, but we feel that this is a good step towards flexibility and keeps you as a customer in complete control of your bean stocks.
